Kris has been involved in the construction industry through the past 25 years. He graduated from Florida International University in Miami, Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Engineering. Upon graduation, Kris worked for the largest commercial contractor in the United States as a Project Engineer on complex projects including the prestigious 2.3 million square foot Sawgrass Mills Mall (the largest in the Southeastern United States). Another notable accomplishment was as Project Engineer during the construction of "The Presidential Circle," a 7 story, 200,000 square foot office complex.
Kris started his high - end custom home building in the prestigious Westin Development in South Florida and has been working with his partner/brother Kyle over the past decade.
Kris grew up in Satellite Beach, Florida and currently lives in Indian Harbor Beach, Florida with his wife Kym. Kris is actively involved in the Community as a member of the Civil Air Patrol serving as the Aerospace Education Officer, teaching children. His diverse background also includes being a Certified Flight Instructor as well as a Commercial Airline Pilot. Kris was a pilot with companies including United Express, Midway Construction, and Northrup Grumman, flying passengers throughout the United States in various aircraft including Lear Jets. Working with his Partner/brother has allowed Kris or continue his passion of flying. Kris is also owner of Eagle Eye Productions, an Aerial Photography business in Central Florida.
